SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Walkers Workwear, we aim to provide clear and reliable delivery information so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order.


Production & Processing Times

Most of our products are made to order, especially items that include custom embroidery or printing.

  • Standard production time: 3–7 working days

  • Custom / personalised orders: May take slightly longer depending on order size and artwork approval

  • Bulk orders: Production times will be confirmed at quotation stage

Please note that production times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.


UK Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Once your order is completed, it will be dispatched using a trusted courier service such as Royal Mail or an equivalent carrier.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1–5 working days

  • Tracking details will be provided where available

Orders are dispatched on working days only (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.


Express & Urgent Orders

If you require your order urgently, please contact us before placing your order at:

We will advise whether an express production or delivery option is available for your order.


International Orders

At this time, Walkers Workwear primarily serves UK customers.
If international delivery becomes available, all applicable customs fees, duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the control of the courier service. However, we will always assist where possible.

  • If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us

  • Couriers require a specific time period before a parcel can be officially declared lost

  • If a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution

Refunds for lost parcels will be handled in accordance with the courier’s investigation outcome.


Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Outdated contact details

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
