1. Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. There is no minimum order quantity at Walkers Workwear. You can order from just one item, whether you need a single garment or uniforms for a full team.
For larger quantities, you can also contact us for a tailored bulk order quotation.
2. Can you add my company logo to the garments?
Yes. We offer professional embroidery and printing for custom workwear and uniforms.
Simply choose your garments, select the available customisation option and upload your company logo when placing your order.
3. What customisation options do you offer?
We offer professional embroidery and garment printing across a wide range of our workwear and uniforms. Available customisation options may vary depending on the garment and design.
As a standard guide, left chest logos are approximately 9cm wide, while large back logos are approximately 23cm wide. Unless you request a different size, we will produce your logo using these standard dimensions.
If you require a specific logo size, placement or finish, simply let us know when placing your order and our team will follow your requirements wherever possible.
4. How do I send you my logo or artwork?
For products with customisation available, you can upload your logo file as part of the ordering process after selecting your embroidery or printing options.
If we need any additional information or a different artwork format before production, our team will contact you.
5. Can I see a proof before my order is embroidered or printed?
Yes. If requested, we can provide a digital mock-up proof by email before your order goes into production. This gives you the opportunity to check the logo placement, size and overall appearance before customisation begins.
If you would like to receive a proof, simply let us know when placing your order or contact us after ordering. Once the proof has been approved and your order has entered production, further changes may not be possible.
6. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. We offer tailored pricing for larger workwear and uniform orders. The final price will depend on the garments, quantities and customisation requirements of your order.

7. How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size guide provided on the relevant product page before ordering, as sizing can vary between garments and styles.
We particularly recommend checking sizing carefully before ordering customised garments, as personalised items cannot normally be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size selection.
8. How long will my order take?
Most orders have a standard production time of approximately 3–7 working days. Customised orders may take slightly longer depending on the order size and any artwork or proof requirements.
Lead times for larger bulk orders may vary and will be confirmed as part of your quotation.
Once dispatched, UK delivery normally takes approximately 1–5 working days.
9. How much is delivery?
Our standard UK mainland delivery charge is £4.99. We offer free UK mainland delivery on orders over £99.
Smaller orders are generally sent via Evri, while larger orders are usually dispatched via DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout.
10. Can I return or exchange my order?
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
Customised or personalised garments, including embroidered or printed items, cannot normally be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Please contact us before returning an item so our team can confirm the return and provide the appropriate instructions.
