REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

At Walkers Workwear, we take pride in supplying high-quality workwear, uniforms and custom-branded products. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.


Custom & Personalised Items

Due to the bespoke nature of custom-branded products, items that are personalised with embroidery or printing cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Custom items include, but are not limited to:

  • Logo embroidery

  • Printed designs

  • Personalised names or text

  • Made-to-order colour or size combinations

This policy is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, which exempt personalised goods from change-of-mind returns.


Standard (Non-Personalised) Items

For non-personalised items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in its original condition

  • The item has not been washed or worn

Return shipping costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

If the fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost, including return postage.


Sizing Responsibility

We provide detailed size guides on our product pages.
As many of our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection on personalised items.

We strongly recommend checking size guides carefully before ordering.


Returns Process
  • Returns must be approved before sending any items back

  • Unauthorised returns will not be accepted

  • Items returned showing signs of wear, use or washing will not be eligible for a refund or replacement

Return instructions will be provided once your return request is approved.


Change of Mind on Custom Orders

Once production has started on a custom or personalised order, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

This includes situations where:

  • Artwork has been approved

  • Embroidery or printing has begun

  • Materials have been ordered specifically for your job


Care & Washing Instructions

All garments include care and washing instructions.
Refunds or replacements will not be offered for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying or garment care.
